In July 2013 Coutu went on sale last shares in Rite Aid, and it will be held. Jean Coutu does not hold any shares of Rite Aid.

Jean Coutu is headquartered, a little bit, because Varennes and Longueuil moved its headquarters again. Loss of $ 190 million in new Autoroute 30 and completed in 2016.
